Smoothing the Way founder and president, Mary James, is available for one-on-one counseling sessions via phone or Skype. With over 25 years of home schooling experience, plus more than 15 years of experience in helping parents, Mary will provide you with practical information and advice to help you achieve the greatest success in your efforts to teach your children at home.
Planning
From scheduling time to developing a chore system, Mary will help you design and execute a plan that works for your unique family dynamics. Taking into account the legal requirements in your state, she will help you find a lesson plan system that meets your needs.
Strategy
Each child has their own unique way of processing information. Understanding how your child learns will allow you to make decisions about curriculum and teaching methods that will lead to greater success. Your counseling session will include material to assess your child's learning style.
